Services

Launch Site ($1,200) is a 6–10 page professional website built on the agreed platform. It includes strategy, structure, copy, design, logo if needed, on-page SEO, sitemap, Search Console, GA4, Telegram thread setup, and one revision round.

Haus Steward ($279/mo) includes a weekly Search Console and GA4 report, five ranked site move recommendations with up to three shipped per month, two blog or page drafts per month, and eight LinkedIn drafts per month. Haus Watch ($129/mo) includes the weekly report and recommendations without implementation or content drafts.

Approval gate

Nothing is published without written client approval. Silence means skip. Approved work is previewed when practical and then shipped on the agreed platform.

Ownership

Domain and Google accounts are opened in your name. Site files and deliverables are yours when Launch is paid in full.

Third-party platforms and services remain subject to their own terms.

Payment and cancellation

Launch Site begins after a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due at launch. Steward and Watch are monthly services and may be cancelled before the next billing period. Work already completed is not refundable.

Boundaries

Mesa Haus does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Custom applications, complex ecommerce, and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately or declined.
